Giving You More Control: The New Flexible Audience List Report
With more than 200 out-of-the-box reports, Monad Ticketing has a report for most things you could ever need. When it comes to audience lists, for several years we’ve had reports that sort audiences by customer, or order, or seat; summarise total sales, reservations and capacities; share details of addresses for mail merging and detail delivery methods and phone numbers.
All of which have been great, but they may have felt overwhelming at times. In another step in our process of simplifying the experience, we’ve created this new report that allows you to toggle on exactly the data you want.
This flexibility works whether you’re running the report manually, saving it to your dashboard with context parameters like ‘today’s audiences’ so you get different data each day, scheduling it to come to you, named individuals or all users with a specific role (e.g., operators or admin), or saving it to a secure link that’s accessed on a front of house tablet or iPad.
To access the report, in the Admin application, navigate to Reports > Front of House > Customers


As shown above, you can now toggle several new options depending on your front-of-house or marketing needs:
- Display Email Address
- Display Delivery Address
- Display Phone Number
- Display Delivery Details
- Display Price Band
- Display Allocation
You also now have the option to choose whether you sort the output by Last Name or Order Data. As previously, if you require other sorting options, you can download the report output to Excel and sort by any column header.
In addition to these granular customer details, the report now automatically totals the sales, reservations, and total capacity for each product it reports on – giving your team a quick, reliable snapshot of your event’s performance at a glance.
