This data can be bulk updated for everyone on a list and is also accessible in reports.
Customer Questionnaires
Flexible custom forms can be used to present questionnaires such as “Where did you hear about this event?” during or after the checkout process.
Linked Accounts
Customer accounts can be linked together to show a relationship and display an alert to your team, examples include partners at the same address, parents and their children, employers and their teams.
Membership benefits can be shared across links, meaning joint memberships can allow either user to complete a purchase with discounts or special access.
