Audience Segmentation
Segment customers into Customer Lists using an intuitive interface.
Customer Lists are set up by combining the results of customer searches on demographic information, customer status, orders, donations or location.
Stored in the database, they can easily be used for reporting and analysis, or exported for mailshots and further analysis.
Audience Tagging
Belonging to a Customer List tags the user with that list name. Lists can be created dynamically, so customers are automatically tagged when they fall within the dynamic list definition.
For example, a dynamic list called “Local Donors” might be defined as “All people that have made a donation, and live within 10 miles of the venue”.
When a customer living nearby makes a donation they are automatically tagged as a local donor.
Reporting and Business Intelligence
Our reports module allows you to have up-to-the-second data available to you in several ways: accessible on your personal dashboard, emailed at a schedule you define, dropped into your S3 bucket e.g. OneDrive or Google Drive or with a secure bookmarked link in your web browser of choice – no log-in required.
Dive deeper into your figures with our detailed BI tools. With more than 200 standard reports and the flexibility to write your own, you control how you view your data. Each report handily exports to Microsoft Excel for quick crunching.

Our report engine and role-based security combine to give access agencies or promoters access to reports that concern them, without opening the rest of the system.
Reports can be emailed from the system directly, or set up to email on a schedule with dynamic parameters.

Illuminate is the Arts Council’s Audience Data platform. It’s a free tool that helps organisations gather and analyse data on their audiences and participants.

Audience Answers
Designated by the Audience Agency, the Audience Answers platform and data service is designed for and with cultural organisations, allowing them to analyse and benchmark their audience data using Audience Spectrum, the UK’s leading arts segmentation model. Available free of charge at the point of use, including onboarding, for all Monad users in the UK.
