Automated Reports
Our reports module allows you to have up-to-the-second data available to you in several ways: accessible on your personal dashboard, emailed at a schedule you define, dropped into your S3 bucket e.g. OneDrive or Google Drive or with a secure bookmarked link in your web browser of choice – no log-in required.

With high contrast displays, WCAG 2 AAA-optimised website themes, admin light-mode and dark-mode based on your operating system, accessibility is core to the system.
Customer Access
We believe that customers with additional needs should be able to have the same self-service user experience as anyone else. Whether our partners manage customer access themselves with customised customer statuses, link with existing schemes like CEA Card or use our Access Card scheme integration, we’ve got a solution that works.
Detailed order notes can be reported automatically, so front-of-house teams can make any adaptations, like holding wheelchair spaces when required.

While Monad has a built-in scanning and registration web app, for larger or more complicated events, barcode databases can be synchronised with codeREADr allowing robust and reliable barcode scanning from mobile devices with offline fallback.
Access Card
Access card helps customers get their access requirements recognised at thousands of events, attractions, venues, and locations across the UK and beyond.
Monad users and operators can enter their access card number on their user profile and our integration looks up and assigns relevant customer statuses including start and end dates which you can use to grant access to special discounts, allocations and events.
Yesplan
Yesplan is a planning tool made for and by event organizers. Its extremely visual and user-friendly interface makes it a web-application employees eagerly want to use. Additionally, the software can be adjusted in a flexible way to the specific needs of each organisation.
